GROUP FITNESS: REDEFINED

Move Camps are our daily 60-minute classes all about focusing on proper movement and mechanics. Each day of the week we target a specific area of the body (legs, arms, or core). Our instructors ensure you're performing the exercises correctly to avoid overuse and injury, and make modifications when necessary to ensure all experience levels can participate. All you need is comfortable clothing and a great attitude!

UPPER BODY TONE-UP

MON: 4PM, 6PM
THURS: 4PM, 6PM

We’ll work with a TRX machine, exercise balls, and light weights to keep your upper body toned and capable.

Working with resistance bands, weights and and a bit of cardio, we'll build up your lower body so it feels strong and revitalized.
