We’ll work with a TRX machine, exercise balls, and light weights to keep your upper body toned and capable.
TUES: 4PM, 6PM
FRI: 4PM, 6PM
Working with resistance bands, weights and and a bit of cardio, we'll build up your lower body so it feels strong and revitalized.
WED: 4PM, 6PM
We go through two mini-circuits: one focused on core (glutes, abs, and back) and one focused on increasing heart-rate and stamina!
